We're looking for a full-time Junior Designer to support DWF Labs' visual output across brand, marketing, and digital touchpoints, with opportunities to contribute to product and web interface work as you grow.
This role is best suited for a designer early in their career — typically 1–2 years of experience, or a standout portfolio that demonstrates equivalent craft — with strong fundamentals in composition, typography, hierarchy, and digital design. We care more about the quality of your work and the speed of your growth than the length of your CV.
You'll work under the guidance of the Design Manager and alongside senior designers: briefs and direction come from them, execution quality comes from you. Your work will be reviewed regularly, with structured feedback designed to develop your craft. Over time, we expect this role to grow into our Intermediate Designer scope — greater autonomy, multi-brand ownership, and deeper product work — and we'll support you in getting there.
A sharp eye, genuine curiosity, and hunger to improve are essential. Interest in Web3/Crypto and strong fundamentals matters more to us than prior industry experience at this level.

1–2 years of experience in graphic, digital, brand, or product design — or an exceptional portfolio demonstrating equivalent ability
A portfolio showing strong fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and colour, with clear attention to detail
Proficiency in Figma; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
Developing fluency in design systems — comfortable using components, styles, and auto layout in Figma, and eager to deepen this
Ability to take a brief, ask good questions, and execute reliably across different formats
Organized, responsive, and able to manage your own tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving team
Genuine interest in Web3, crypto, or fintech, and active engagement with the design world — you follow the work, the tools, and the trends
